Legal Compliance for 2021 Part 3
The second recommendation I made regarding your marketing for 2021, is to budge for advertising in Spanish. Why?
1. If you have not done so, it is time to try it! Don’t be afraid to try something new, it may work wonders.
2. As I posted about two weeks ago, the Latin GDP in the USA would be the eight largest in the world, if it were its own country.
3. In particular, a growing economic force in the USA are Latinas, who about 86% are the primary decision makers regarding spending for their families. See my post from two weeks ago.
Best business practice is to have everything (website, social media, print, etc) in your marketing campaign reviewed in the language that it will run for legal compliance to minimize legal risk. Even foreign language campaigns need to be reviewed.
