Is your business the same as others?

Do you allow others to tell you how to run your business?

If your answer is NO to both questions, then why do you allow others to determine how guests can use your website?

When you cut and paste a Terms of Use (AKA Terms and Conditions) from another website or anywhere on the web, you are allowing others to determine the do’s and don’ts of your website.  By the way, Terms of Use are legally binding contracts between your business and the user.  The point of having the Terms of Use on your website is to protect your business from potential wrongdoers, but you can’t if you just copy and paste from others.

Best business practice is to have Terms of Use on your website drafted to protect you, your business, and your website.
