AI governance has begun in the USA by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

The European Union reached an agreement on December 8, 2023 – EU AI ACT

The Biden Administration has issued an Executive Order: Safe, Secure and Trustworthy AI 

If your business uses AI in any capacity, then your business needs AI governance.

What is AI Governance?

It is a policy setting boundaries on the use of AI within the business.  The type of AI used, will determine the level of due diligence required in implementing the necessary risk management system.

You MUST have an AI Governance policy if you use AI in the following manner:
