In today’s society, we seem to rely more and more on artificial intelligence (AI) to help with different tasks.  We use AI for anything and everything from the mundane to potentially creating other AI systems, programs, etc.

The question that seems to be debated is can AI be as smart as a human to own intellectual property?  Given that AI is reliant on humans to create it and program it, can it create other AI systems?  At what point could AI be considered an inventor since it’s not human?

If you do have intellectual property (IP) questions, feel free to reach out so I can help you protect your work.
